Three evenings of wine tasting on the Ponte della Musica in Rome
Le Notti del Vino – DiVino sotto le Stelle is the wine event that enlivens the "Armando Trovajoli" Music Bridge in Rome's Flaminio district every summer. Promoted by the National Association of Wine Cities and organized by the Decanter Wine Academy, the event is the capital's stage of Le Notti del Vino, a widespread calendar of events that the Wine Cities bring throughout Italy during the summer season. For three evenings, the pedestrian bridge connecting the Foro Italico to the Flaminio district becomes a lounge suspended over the river, where wine meets culture, music, and the urban landscape.
The heart of the festival is the tasting counters: over 70 wineries offer more than 150 labels, showcasing regional DOCG, DOC, and IGT denominations from Lazio alongside productions from across the peninsula. Glass in hand, the public can stroll along the bridge, meet producers directly, discover new territories and flavors, and engage with winemakers and sommeliers in a convivial atmosphere that unites wine lovers, enthusiasts, and industry professionals.
Each evening, the program includes a thematic masterclass and a rich calendar of entertainment. Alongside guided tastings, there is gourmet street food from selected food trucks, tango flash mobs, and live music, accompanying the public from sunset until late at night. The masterclasses explore wine from different perspectives: from the stories of the Women of Wine of Lazio to food and wine pairings, and blind tastings that test the palate and curiosity.
The setting is one of the most evocative in the capital: the Music Bridge, a contemporary work named after composer Armando Trovajoli, offers a panoramic terrace over the Tiber just a short walk from the Auditorium Parco della Musica and the MAXXI. The event is part of the large national network of Wine Cities, the association that brings together municipalities with a wine-growing vocation and which, with Le Notti del Vino, promotes the culture of responsible drinking and the enhancement of local territories. For Rome and the Lazio region, DiVino sotto le Stelle is an opportunity to showcase local food and wine excellence in a festive and accessible way.
From June 5 to 7, 2026, the Music Bridge in Rome hosted the Roman stop of Le Notti del Vino, promoted by the National Association of Wine Cities with the Decanter Wine Academy. Three evenings, from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with over 70 wineries and more than 150 regional and national labels for tasting, accompanied by gourmet street food, tango flash mobs, and live music. The edition featured three thematic masterclasses dedicated to the Women of Wine of Lazio, food and wine pairings, and blind tastings.
The "Armando Trovajoli" Music Bridge is located in Rome's Flaminio district, between Lungotevere Flaminio and the Foro Italico. By metro: Line A, Flaminio stop, then tram 2 to the terminus. By bus: lines along Lungotevere Flaminio. Public transport is recommended due to the central location and traffic restrictions.
The three evenings take place from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with tasting counters opening at 7:00 PM. Masterclasses are scheduled for the early evening (roughly from 7:30 PM).
Admission with tastings starting from €25 (includes glass, glass holder, and 10 tastings). Discounts for sommeliers of major associations (approx. €20) and industry professionals (approx. €15). Masterclasses require a supplement. Info and reservations: Decanter Wine Academy, tel. +39 06 86132308 / +39 351 3784335, [email protected].
