Lady Bu 2025: the sixth edition

The 2025 edition of the buffalo festival in Pontinia was held on November 15 and 16 in Piazza Indipendenza, with an expanded formula compared to previous years. Saturday began at 10:30 AM in the municipal council chamber with the conference "The dissemination of Lazio Region initiatives falling within the Agro Pontino: Faculty of Agriculture and Buffalo District for the development of the territory," followed at noon by the official inauguration of the festival.

From that moment, tastings began at the numerous stalls set up in the square, continuing until the evening with musical entertainment; the program was repeated on Sunday, with the possibility of tastings at both lunch and dinner. The organization was handled by the Department for Territorial Promotion, led by Beatrice Milani, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture of Giovanni Bottoni and with the support of the entire municipal administration, the Lazio Region, and Arsial. Alongside the food, there were workshops for children dedicated to food education and showcases set up by Pontinia merchants.
