La Magnalonga on the Beach is the seaside version of the famous food and wine walk by Podere Bianchi, a farm and agriturismo in Coriano that has been cultivating vineyards and olive groves on the Rimini hills for four generations. After years of editions among the rows of the Colline di Coriano, in 2026 the format debuted for the first time on the coast of Misano Adriatico, in the heart of the Romagna Riviera, offering participants an unprecedented setting: the sea and its panoramas instead of the vineyards.
A 2.5 km route in six stops
The idea is simple and successful: walk and eat together, without haste. The route winds for about 2.5 kilometers along the beach and the Misano seafront, divided into six gastronomic stops where each dish corresponds to a glass of wine. It starts at noon with the first toast and continues stop by stop, amidst the scent of salt spray and the shade of pine trees during the hottest hours, until the grand finale in the picturesque Portoverde marina, where the sun sets over the water, accompanying the last glasses.
Seafood flavours and hillside wines
The travelling menu focuses on traditional Adriatic seafood dishes, paired with Podere Bianchi wines produced on the hills of Coriano: a successful dialogue between the Riviera and the Romagna hinterland. Along the way, live music enlivens the various stops, transforming the walk into a true outdoor celebration, to be enjoyed with company at the slow, convivial pace typical of Romagna.
A sold-out debut
The first seaside edition, hosted in the spring of 2026, was sold out and was included in the rich spring calendar of Misano Adriatico alongside events like the Segavecchia and the Festa dell'Agina. For the Municipality of Misano Adriatico and the Province of Rimini, in Emilia-Romagna, the event confirms the territory's vocation to combine food and wine, landscape, and tourist hospitality even out of season, opening the Riviera's beautiful season with an original and well-attended format.

The seaside debut
On April 25, 2026, coinciding with Liberation Day, the Magnalonga by Podere Bianchi left the hills of Coriano for the first time to land on the coast of Misano Adriatico. The food and wine walk, about 2.5 km long, crossed the seafront with six stops, concluding in the Portoverde marina at sunset.
The event, which was sold out, was part of Misano's spring calendar and, according to local reports, left an indelible memory for participants.

Start from Piazzale Venezia in Misano Adriatico and arrival at the Portoverde marina.

By train: Misano Adriatico station on the Bologna-Ancona Adriatic line, a few minutes from the seafront. By car: Riccione exit from the A14 motorway, then follow signs for Misano Adriatico. By plane: Rimini-Miramare airport, about 10 km away.

Tips
Wear comfortable shoes for walking along the seafront and come with an appetite: the six stops are generous. As this is a highly sought-after event, it is advisable to book well in advance.
