The Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix is the beating heart of Italian motorsport, hosted by the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, in the heart of Brianza and just a few kilometers from Milan. Inaugurated in 1922, the circuit is one of the oldest and fastest in the world, earning it the nickname "Temple of Speed": here, single-seaters reach maximum speeds exceeding 350 km/h, creating a unique spectacle in the world championship calendar.

Monza is Ferrari's home race, which is why the grandstands are painted red by the Cavallino's fans every year. Italian GP of F1 — edition 2026
In 2026, the Italian Grand Prix reaches its 97th edition and will be held from September 4th to 6th at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, as the 15th round of the Formula 1 World Championship. The "Temple of Speed" once again hosts the single-seaters, which exceed 350 km/h on the main straight. The race is scheduled for Sunday, September 6th.

How to Get There
The Autodromo Nazionale di Monza is located within the Monza Park (entrance from Via Vedano). During the Grand Prix days, shuttle services are available from the train stations of Monza, Biassono-Lesmo Parco, and Sesto San Giovanni, as well as special trains from Milan. By car, take the A4 motorway (Monza exit) or the A52 Tangenziale Nord.

Tickets (three-day passes and daily entries, with various grandstand and general admission categories) can be purchased through the official channels monzanet.it and ticketone.it. Demand is very high, so it's best to book well in advance.
