A traveling festival dedicated to body and mind wellness in Campli
Io Mi Voglio Bene is a traveling holistic festival held in Campli, an elegant medieval village in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo. Born as a festival dedicated to personal well-being, the event offers a journey of self-discovery through holistic disciplines, mindful movement, healthy eating, and culture, in a constant dialogue between body, mind, and the local territory.
Conceived and organized by the Xe'Thnos APS association, the festival stands out for its traveling nature and its desire to foster encounters between world cultures and physical well-being. Past editions have brought life to evocative locations in the village, such as the Auditorium of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the adjacent former church—intimate, history-filled spaces that are perfect for hosting workshops, meetings, and concerts in a cozy atmosphere.
The program weaves together activities designed for all ages and for those approaching holistic practices for the first time:
The Municipality of Campli is one of the most fascinating historic centers in the Teramo area, famous for its Holy Stairs (Scala Santa), its medieval quarter, and a gastronomic tradition that culminates in the renowned local porchetta. Experiencing a wellness festival here means combining self-care with the slow discovery of an authentic territory, amidst stone alleys, rolling hills, and the backdrop of the Monti della Laga.
True to its inclusive mission, Io Mi Voglio Bene is free to enter: an opportunity open to residents and visitors alike to regain balance, breathe in the Abruzzo nature, and share moments of personal growth in a serene and convivial atmosphere.
The 2026 edition of Io Mi Voglio Bene took place in Campli on the weekend of June 26-27, 2026, as part of the rich summer program Campli Summer 2026. The fourth edition of the holistic festival, curated by the Xe'Thnos APS association, confirmed its free and traveling format dedicated to personal well-being, featuring holistic activities, meditation sessions, live music, and healthy food options.
Campli is located in the province of Teramo, just a few kilometers from the regional capital. By car, it can be reached via the A24 motorway (Teramo exit), continuing towards the village. The reference train station is Teramo, which is connected to Campli by local bus lines.
Admission to the festival is free. Some workshops and activities may require booking: it is recommended to contact the organizers. Info: Miriam Di Carlo, tel. +39 338 4338836, e-mail [email protected], website www.xethnos.it.
