Edition 2025 — International Street Food
2025 Edition
In 2025, International Street Food stopped in Ferrara from March 7 to 9, as the 4th stop of the ninth edition of the traveling festival. Piazza Ariostea was filled with the most renowned trucks and stands in Italy, featuring international cuisines and authentic regional gastronomic traditions.
Among the specialties offered: Ascolana olives, Indian cuisine, Japanese gyoza, Roman pasta, Brazilian picanha, pulled pork, churros, Thai and Greek cuisine, Neapolitan pizza, Mexican cuisine, Hungarian kürtős, haute cuisine from Savoy, and Sicilian cuisine. A novelty of the edition was the presence of gluten-free stands, to offer an inclusive option for celiacs and intolerant individuals. The event, with free admission, was organized by A.I.R.S. with Confartigianato Ferrara and the patronage of the Municipality of Ferrara.
