Insolito Marsala 2025 – the second edition

The second edition of Insolito Marsala was held in Marsala on September 26-27 and October 1-4, 2025, dedicated to wine, hospitality and gastronomic culture. Mornings were reserved for professional training for Ho.Re.Ca. experts, featuring the Insolito Academy and GAIN Academy with international speakers on artificial intelligence, hospitality tech and wine storytelling. At Palazzo Fici, tastings paired Marsala wines with PDO products such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Culatello di Zibello, Prosciutto di Parma and Syracuse Lemon.

New additions included the Future Cooking Lab from the University of Parma, featuring multisensory experiences and creations like Marsala ice cream, as well as the presentation of products such as Mielsala and a new Marsala distillate. The edition closed with over 800 participants, more than 40 guests and about fifteen experiential events, confirming Marsala as a laboratory for a new model of hospitality.
