Inside Monet is a new-generation immersive experience bringing one of the most beloved Impressionist masters to Genoa. Thanks to virtual reality, visitors don't just observe Claude Monet's works; they physically enter them, immersing themselves in the colours, atmospheres, and light that made the French painter famous. The venue is the Museo Raccolte Frugone, housed in Villa Grimaldi Fassio within the Parchi di Nervi, a natural setting of rare beauty in the city's eastern district.

A 75-Minute Journey

The experience lasts approximately 75 minutes and guides you through five of Monet's masterpieces, including the iconic Water Lilies and Poppy Field. By wearing the headset, participants are guided through the botanical park and museum spaces, accompanied by the voice of Monet himself, recounting the emotions, memories, and inspirations behind his works. It's an engaging and poetic way to connect with art.

Created by WAY Experience, a company specializing in immersive experiences, Inside Monet combines the power of VR technology with the beauty of the Parchi di Nervi, fostering a particularly evocative dialogue between art and nature: the park's own blooming gardens echo the subjects dear to Monet. In case of bad weather, the experience takes place entirely within the museum's galleries.

An Experience for Everyone

Suitable for ages 10 and up and offered in groups of up to 25 participants, the experience includes a guide in Italian with VR content available in Italian, English, and French.
