IncantEVOle - Extra Virgin Olive Oil Festival

The first edition of IncantEVOle was held in Bitonto from Friday, September 19 to Sunday, September 21, 2025, enlivening the squares, courtyards, and historic sites of the old town. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Bitonto, saw a large turnout of visitors from all over Puglia.

The opening on Friday, September 19, took place at the Torrione Angioino with the presentation of the first Olive Oil Community in Puglia, followed by a concert by the Time2Quartet at Porta Baresana and the Corti del Gusto featuring showcooking and tastings in the historic center. On Saturday, September 20, the day alternated between conferences, such as the one dedicated to the Lame Bio-district, and dance and comedy shows in Piazza Aldo Moro. On Sunday, September 21, after rural trekking among oil mills, music, and meetings, the event concluded with the presentation of the first Ravanas Award in Piazza Cattedrale.

• Rural bicycle trekking among oil mills and dry-stone walls (Ulixes cooperative)
• Piazza Cattedrale: musical performances, meeting on the promotion of agri-food excellence, and presentation of the first Ravanas Award

• Presentation of the first Olive Oil Community in Puglia
• Corti del Gusto with showcooking and EVO oil tastings
• First Ravanas Award dedicated to agronomist Pierre Ravanas
• Concerts, dance, and comedy in the squares of the historic center
