Edition 2025 — I Primi d'Italia

The 26th edition of I Primi d'Italia took place from September 25 to 28, 2025, in Foligno. The district taverns transformed into 15 Food Villages featuring fresh pasta, risottos, soups, gnocchi, polenta, and regional dishes, while A Tavola con le Stelle brought starred chefs and master pasta makers, alongside show cooking, workshops, and exhibitions.

The 2025 edition, the 26th, of I Primi d'Italia animated the historic center of Foligno from September 25 to 28. For four days, the historic taverns of the Quintana districts transformed into 15 Food Villages, where fresh pasta, risottos, soups, gnocchi, polenta, and regional dishes were the stars, prepared according to traditional recipes and reinterpreted by renowned chefs.

The program included cultural events, exhibitions, and conferences, show cooking with starred chefs and master pasta makers, and the A Tavola con le Stelle event. There was also space for cooking workshops for all ages, dedicated to fresh pasta and culinary techniques, and markets featuring Italian artisan pasta makers.
