A tribute to the Mysteries of Campobasso
The exhibition "I Misteri continuano in Regione" brings the works of Maestro Antonio d'Attellis to the headquarters of the Molise Regional Council, at Palazzo ex GIL in Via Milano in Campobasso. The exhibition is part of the regional program for the Corpus Domini 2026 celebrations and the Festival dei Misteri (Festival of the Mysteries).
The artwork at the center
The heart of the exhibition is the painting "I Misteri", described as a journey into the Campobasso tradition, recreating the faces and figures of the famous Processione degli Ingegni (Procession of the Ingenuities). The artwork engages with the city's identity ritual, ideally extending its evocative power within the regional palace.
Eighty years of Molise art
The exhibition is an institutional recognition of Antonio d'Attellis, considered an authentic interpreter of the Molise tradition and regional collective memory, on the occasion of the artist's eightieth birthday and his over fifty years of activity. The exhibition, promoted by the Molise Region, offers free admission and enriches the cultural offerings of the Province of Campobasso during the days of the Mysteries festival.

The 2026 edition of the exhibition "I Misteri continuano in Regione" brought the works of Maestro Antonio d'Attellis to the headquarters of the Molise Regional Council. Inaugurated with a press conference attended by Regional Councillor Fabio Cofelice and numerous institutional and cultural representatives, the exhibition celebrated the artist's eightieth birthday and his over fifty years of activity, with the painting "I Misteri" at its center, promoted by the Molise Region for Corpus Domini 2026.
