Edition 2025 — Gusto in Quota

The 20th summer edition of Gusto in Quota took place at Casa Olimpia in Sestriere (Sala Ezio Giaj) on Monday, August 11, and Wednesday, August 13, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM. Two free tasting sessions, organized by the Consorzio Vittone ETS, were dedicated to local products and food supply chains of the Piedmont region: focaccia and craft beer, milk and alpine cheeses paired with valley wines.

Gusto in Quota 2025: the 20th summer edition

The twentieth summer edition of Gusto in Quota was held at Casa Olimpia in Sestriere, in the Sala Ezio Giaj on Via Pinerolo, with two sessions starting at 6:00 PM.

  • Monday, August 11 - Savory baked goods: focaccia, paired with craft beer from the Birrificio Aleghe in Val Sangone, with the Bakers' Association of the Province of Turin and contributions from lawyer Alberto Negro (Italian Academy of Cuisine of Pinerolo) and Dr. Alessandra Maritano.
  • Wednesday, August 13 - Milk and typical cheese of the Cottian Alps, with mountain dairy production paired with local wines, featuring Rosario Decrù (Cottian Alps Park) and Dr. Mauro Moretta.

The festival, organized by the Consorzio Vittone ETS with the patronage of the Municipality of Sestriere, the Piedmont Region, and the Metropolitan City of Turin, confirmed the success of the format dedicated to the excellence of the Piedmontese mountains.
