Edition 2025 — Gustando l'Italia
Gustando l'Italia 2024-2025
The 2024-2025 winter season of the Gustando l'Italia series confirmed the formula of themed evenings organized by the Pro Loco of Cimone, in the autonomous province of Trento. Each event was dedicated to a different ingredient, with complete menus served at the Pro Loco headquarters at the Covelo Public Park.
The evening of April 12, 2025, titled "Fast Fish of the Baltic," focused on salt cod (baccalà), with dishes such as warm salt cod salad with black olives, cauliflower cream with salt cod petals, and Trentino-style salt cod served with local corn polenta. Previously, the November 2024 evening celebrated game, with appetizers of venison prosciutto and wild boar speck accompanied by berry sauces.
