The Arrosticini Festival is one of the gastronomic events of the summer in Guardea, a town in the Amerino region in the province of Terni. The 2026 edition of the Arrosticini Festival of Guardea takes place in July in Piazza Pietro Panfili, spread over two weekends (July 17-18-19 and July 23-24-25-26). The stars are the arrosticini — the sheep meat skewers of Abruzzese tradition — cooked over embers, accompanied by first courses and other specialties. The evenings, organized by A.S.D. How to get there
Guardea (TR) is located in the Amerino area, reachable by car from the E45 (exit towards Baschi/Guardea) or from the SS205 Amerina. The festival takes place in Piazza Pietro Panfili.
Times and costs
Free admission. Arrosticini and other dishes are paid for at the food stall, generally open from the evening.
