Three days dedicated to the planet's future, focusing on climate, sustainability, and science
The Green&Blue Festival is the event that brings the major debate on sustainability and the environment to Milan. Promoted by the GEDI publishing group through the Green&Blue project, it takes place at the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology, on Via San Vittore (District 1), a space accustomed to showcasing industry, research, and technical transformation, making it an ideal setting for a discussion on the future.
The 2026 edition chooses the word "Us" as its guiding theme: sustainability is presented as a collective responsibility, involving citizens, administrations, research, businesses, and the cultural world. It's an invitation to move beyond the individual dimension and consider the environmental challenge as a common project, where climate choices become concrete and verifiable decisions.
For three days, the museum hosts conferences, talks, workshops, exhibitions, labs, think tanks, and live events dedicated to climate, biodiversity, energy, cities, food, green skills, and environmental culture. There are also educational activities — on recycling, seed paper, plastics, creative reuse, sustainable mobility — designed to engage younger audiences and schools.
The festival stands out for the quality of its speakers, including numerous Italian and international scientists and experts. By being held at the Museum of Science and Technology, it strengthens the link between research, businesses, universities, and city administrations, making Milan a privileged observatory on the themes of the ecological transition. An event that combines scientific dissemination, civic engagement, and a vision for the future.
