Gravel cycling tourism on the dirt roads of Miranese
The Gravel dea Brosa is the gravel cycling tourism event that, every February, starts from Moniego di Noale, in the province of Venice. As part of the San Valentino Festival celebrations, it's an opportunity to discover the Miranese territory by bike, between ancient country roads, embankments, and dirt paths.
The event offers three routes of 45, 80, and 110 kilometers, with staggered departures between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Refreshment stops are set up along the longer routes, while the final gathering includes pasta with beans, sandwiches, and beer. A route designed to showcase the hidden beauty of the Venetian countryside away from busy roads.
The event requires participants to have lights, a bell, a helmet, and high-visibility clothing. The modest registration fee supports a charitable cause: the proceeds go to the activities of the parish and the municipal nursery school of Moniego. An event that combines a passion for gravel cycling, territorial discovery, and community commitment.
