Grani Futuri

The 7th edition of Grani Futuri (June 21-23, 2025) was held in San Marco in Lamis and in the evocative setting of the Convent of Stignano, in the Gargano. The edition was dedicated to Aunt Maria Franco, founder of Forno Sammarco, and had as its common thread bread as a symbol of sacredness, sharing, and the future of inland areas.

Three days full of events: three dinner events by reservation, over thirty exhibitors and tastings, baking workshops, round tables and literary salons, morning guided excursions, evening shows, and contests such as the pancotto contest and the Furnara per un giorno. Among the guests were master bakers and Michelin-starred chefs like Diego Rossi and Errico Recanati, alongside Michele Sabatino, Rodolfo Molettieri, and Iginio Ventura. An edition that confirmed Grani Futuri as an international reference point for bread culture.
