The blues arrives in Molise
The Good Time Blues Fest is an international festival of blues music and dance that enlivens the historic centre of Guglionesi, a charming village in Lower Molise in the province of Campobasso, for seven days. Founded in 2022, the event has grown to become a benchmark for blues dance enthusiasts from all over the world.
Classes, concerts, and competitions
The heart of the festival is dance: over 72 musicality classes taught by international instructors, including sessions with live music. The evenings host at least 20 concerts under the stars, with styles ranging from acoustic to electric, from New Orleans sound to Jump and Funk. Completing the programme are competitions and showcases such as Teachers and Friends, Open Mix and Match, Strictly Throw Down, and Friendly Showcase.
Flavours and territory
Alongside the music, the festival celebrates the Molise region with workshops on preparing pasta, pizza, and bread, tastings of typical products, wine, cheeses, and olive oil, discovery of local folk dances, and excursions in vintage cars. A complete immersion that makes Guglionesi a unique stage for music, dance, and gastronomic tradition.

The 2026 edition of the Good Time Blues Fest takes place from July 7 to 13 in the historic centre of Guglionesi. Seven days of blues dance with over 70 classes, about twenty live concerts, dance competitions, and a rich programme of gastronomic experiences dedicated to the Molise region.
