Edition 2025 — Giny

The first edition of Giny was held in Mondovì from May 31 to June 2, 2025, in Piazza Maggiore. Inheriting the legacy of the previous Ginitaly, the festival brought together numerous national producers for tastings, masterclasses, and talks on the botanicals of the Cuneo and Piedmont regions. Free admission, with the characteristic Besio ceramic thimble for tastings and the Bordiga Suite in the former Jesuit College.

The first edition of Giny took place in Mondovì from May 31 to June 2, 2025, in Piazza Maggiore, picking up the legacy of the Ginitaly event. The event, with free admission, hosted numerous prestigious national exhibitors and producers for a gin and cocktail tasting experience, accompanied by masterclasses and meetings in the talk area dedicated to the history and future of botanicals linked to the Cuneo and Piedmont territory.

For tastings, visitors could purchase the "Gin Thimble" for 5 euros, a ceramic thimble created by the historic Ceramiche Besio 1842 factory in collaboration with the Ceramics Museum. The former Jesuit College hosted the Bordiga Suite, dedicated to the range of the main official partner, while the Ceramics Museum opened its doors to visitors. A sustainable, energetic, and inclusive debut that laid the foundations for the success of subsequent editions.
