Edition 2025 — GENESIS
In 2025, GENESIS once again brought four days of gastronomy, sustainability, and innovation to Cortina d'Ampezzo, featuring workshops, meetings with Italian and international chefs, and experiences in the Dolomites curated by Riccardo Gaspari and Ludovica Rubbini of SanBrite.
The 2025 edition of GENESIS confirmed the formula of the event conceived by chefs Riccardo Gaspari and Ludovica Rubbini in Cortina d'Ampezzo, province of Belluno.
Through workshops, meetings with Italian and international chefs, excursions in the Dolomites, and round tables, the event offered a reflection on the essence of food and the relationship between cuisine, nature, and sustainability, set against the backdrop of the UNESCO Dolomites.
