The major summit on the future, innovation, and Europe in Brescia
FutureProofSociety Summit, known as FPS, is the international summit that brings some of the most influential voices from the European and global scene to Brescia. For three days, the Lombard city becomes a large ideas workshop dedicated to the future, innovation, geopolitics, and economics, with a format that blends intellectual rigor and accessible communication styles.
The program is dense and varied: over 40 speakers, dozens of keynotes, podcasts, films, and shows follow one another in the city's most representative venues—the San Barnaba Auditorium, the Santa Giulia Auditorium, the Teatro Grande, and C.AR.ME. Topics range from manufacturing to energy, from innovation to international politics and European governance.
The summit draws international stars—champions, diplomats, entrepreneurs, and global media figures—to Brescia, along with numerous Italian voices from the political, economic, and cultural worlds. It is a rare opportunity for the city to host a debate of such broad scope, capable of fostering dialogue between different perspectives on the destiny of Europe and the world.
FPS is not an event just for insiders: the program includes cultural and social moments open to everyone, from musical performances to initiatives dedicated to inclusion and sports. Thus, the summit becomes shared heritage, strengthening Brescia's profile as a city of innovation and thought, capable of looking to the future while remaining rooted in its identity.
From May 22 to 24, 2026, Brescia hosts FPS26, FutureProofSociety's annual summit dedicated to the theme "Europe Independence Moment": a strong, independent Europe in control of its future, encompassing manufacturing, innovation, energy, international politics, and governance.
