Summer on Cidneo Hill

We Love Castello is the major summer event that transforms Brescia Castle, on Cidneo Hill, into an outdoor cultural and entertainment hub. For many months, from spring to early autumn, the fortress overlooking Brescia—the capital of the province of the same name in Lombardy—hosts a packed program of events ranging from music to culture, from art to food and wine.

Three Souls, One Castle

The event is divided into several distinct areas. Belvedere 030 is the food and beverage area, with two internal kitchens (snacks and burgers) and food trucks, open from the afternoon until late evening. The Fossa Viscontea hosts CAGE9, with DJ sets and live performances on weekend evenings. The San Marco Bastion is the main stage, reserved for major events, festivals, and concerts.

Festival within a Festival

We Love Castello serves as a container for various events hosted throughout the summer: from Brescia Cosplay & Comics dedicated to comics and pop culture, to musical and artistic appointments that follow one another throughout the season. Every weekend the castle offers something different, making it a reference point for a diverse audience.

A Place to Enjoy All Summer Long

More than a single event, We Love Castello is a way to experience the Brescia summer: people go up to the castle to dine, listen to music, watch a show, or simply enjoy the view of the city from above. A dedicated shuttle, the "Linea Castello," connects the city center to the fortress on main evenings, making it even more convenient to reach one of Brescia's symbolic sites.
