Non-stop music, art and culture at Brescia Castle
Among the most anticipated events of the We Love Castello review, Alchimie Festival transforms Brescia Castle into a large sound and cultural laboratory. The setting is the San Marco Bastion, which for four days comes alive with a continuous flow of concerts, performances, and meetings.
The festival's formula is that of an immersive experience: over 48 consecutive hours of music and activities, where the public is invited to experience the castle as a continuous journey through sounds, ideas, and people. It ranges from indie to rock, from electronic to psychedelic, in a dialogue between different genres and languages, accompanied by artistic proposals and culinary experiences.
Alchimie's lineup alternates prominent headliners from the Italian scene with emerging projects, in a balance that makes the festival a meeting point for music lovers of all ages. Each edition revolves around a theme that serves as a common thread for the artistic programming and the setup of the spaces.
Alchimie Festival is part of the larger We Love Castello project, which fills the Brescia fortress, the symbolic monument of the Lombard city, with events during the summer. Free entry and the quality of the offerings make it one of the most successful examples of enhancing historical heritage through contemporary music and culture.
Alchimie Festival 2026 returns to Brescia Castle from July 17 to 20, as part of the We Love Castello review. The theme chosen for this year is "The Fool", the common thread of a program that intertwines music, culture, and art for over 48 consecutive hours.
The festival transforms the San Marco Bastion into a continuous journey through sounds and ideas, ranging from electronic to indie, from rock to psychedelic, with a food area and activities for all ages. Admission is free.
The full program with other artists and schedules will be published by We Love Castello closer to the event.
