Fuazza Fest 2025: the third edition

The 2025 edition of the Fuazza Fest was held on October 24 and 25, 2025, in Racalmuto, in the province of Agrigento, along Viale Hamilton, which was transformed into a gastronomic village. The star was the fuazza racalmutese, offered at the stalls in its traditional version and in more creative variations, along with numerous Sicilian street food specialties.

The program included guided tastings, show-cooking, acrobatic pizza shows by the Italian National Acrobatic Team, live music, and cabaret. There was also space for the Organic Fair with seasonal organic products and a short supply chain, stalls for artisans and hobbyists, and a large kids' area with a funfair, inflatables, and educational workshops. The event, with free admission, was organized by the Food and Beverage association with the patronage of the Municipality of Racalmuto.

The event was spread over two days, with opening in the late afternoon and activities until the evening along Viale Hamilton:

• Opening of the Craft and Agri-food Expo and the children's funfair
• Official inauguration with authorities
• Street Food Area with stalls and fuazza tastings
• Acrobatic pizza with the pizzaiolos of the Italian National Acrobatic Team
• Pizza Tales: guided tastings and meetings with journalists and experts
• Organic Fair and short supply chain with seasonal organic products
• Kids' area with funfair, rides, inflatables, and educational workshops
• Live music and cabaret shows
