Edition 2025 — Freschissimo

Freschissimo debuted in Carpi in 2026: 2025 was the year of the project's gestation, conceived by the Memento APS association and the Foodish studio with the patronage of the Municipality of Carpi. In this preparatory phase, the network of producers, wineries, and artisans from the Bassa modenese was built, which would later animate the first edition of the food and wine festival at the Foro Boario.

In 2025, Freschissimo was not yet an event on the calendar: the food and wine festival of Carpi actually debuted with its first edition in 2026. 2025 represents the year the project took shape, thanks to the work of Memento APS and Foodish, with the support of the Municipality of Carpi and its Department of Tourism and Economy.

It was during this phase that the formula of the Foro Boario as the beating heart of local food and wine was envisioned: the enhancement of the short supply chain, the involvement of the territory's wineries and agri-food companies, and themed talks. A preparatory journey that led, the following year, to the success of the first edition.
