The Spring of Franciacorta
Erbusco is one of the symbolic municipalities of Franciacorta, the hilly area of the Province of Brescia famous for its Classic Method sparkling wine, and it hosts the headquarters of the Franciacorta Consortium on Via Giuseppe Verdi. It is precisely here that the Franciacorta Spring Festival takes place, the event that opens the wine tourism season with two days dedicated to the wine, food, and culture of the region.
Three Pillars: Wine, Food, and Culture
The festival is structured around three core elements:
- Wine — approximately fifty local wineries for tasting, with sensory tastings guided by sommeliers
- Food — local chefs offer themed dishes where regional cuisine meets a special ingredient, which changes each year
- Culture — guided tours by the FAI of the symbolic sites of Franciacorta
An Event for the Brescia Region
For the Municipality of Erbusco and for all of Franciacorta, the Spring Festival is an opportunity to showcase the region's identity through its sparkling wines and gastronomy. The headquarters of the Franciacorta Consortium becomes the heart of the event, a starting point for tastings, meetings, and tours to discover one of Italy's most prestigious designations.
Franciacorta Spring — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the festival takes place on Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, at the Franciacorta Consortium in Erbusco (Via Verdi 53). Fifty local wineries offer tastings and sensory experiences guided by sommelier Artur Vaso, while sixteen local chefs create dishes focused on the encounter between local tradition and Marennes-Oléron IGP Oysters. Guided tours are curated by the FAI. The event is preceded by a talk on March 12 at the Teatro Grande in Brescia (6:00 PM) on the cultural value of territories.

How to Get There
Erbusco is located in Franciacorta (Province of Brescia), reachable by car from the A4 motorway (Rovato exit) and by train on the Milan-Venice line. The main venue is the Franciacorta Consortium, at Via Giuseppe Verdi 53.
Tickets
Admission fee: full ticket €20, reduced €17 for ages 18-30 (with a dedicated code). Tastings included according to the event's formula.
