Franciacorta's Autumn
Franciacorta is the hilly area of the Province of Brescia known worldwide for its sparkling wine produced with bottle re-fermentation, the same method as Champagne. In September, the Consorzio per la tutela del Franciacorta — based in Erbusco, on Via G. Verdi — promotes the Franciacorta in Cantina Festival, the autumn event that transforms the entire territory into a widespread wine tourism route.

Franciacorta in Cantina — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the festival takes place on the weekend of September 18-20. For three days, the Franciacorta cellars welcome wine tourists, enthusiasts, and professionals with guided tours, tastings, aperitifs, masterclasses, and cultural and sports initiatives immersed in the vineyard landscape. Erbusco, home to the Consortium, is one of the main municipalities of the appellation.

How to get there
Erbusco is located in Franciacorta, in the Province of Brescia, reachable by car from the A4 motorway (Rovato or Palazzolo sull'Oglio exits). Participating cellars are distributed throughout the appellation's territory.
