Edition 2025 — Formangiando
The 2025 edition of Formangiando was held on Saturday, October 4, on Via Vittorio Emanuele II in Ciriè, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. For the occasion, the central street was closed to traffic (ordinance no. 262/2025) to host retailers and exhibitors from the dairy sector.
The stars were the cheeses of the Lanzo Valleys: Toma di Lanzo, the sought-after Blu di Lanzo, Toma del lait brusc, and goat tomette. In the space in front of the Church of San Giuseppe, a dining area managed by Coldiretti was set up, featuring riso alla toma as the main dish, with no reservation required. At 3:30 PM, the La Capra e La Panca farm offered a cheese-making demonstration, showing how cheese is obtained starting from raw milk. The event was organized by the City of Ciriè in collaboration with Coldiretti.
Programme
Program for Saturday, October 4, 2025:
- 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM — Stalls of dairy retailers and exhibitors along Via Vittorio Emanuele II
- All day — Coldiretti dining area in front of the Church of San Giuseppe, with riso alla toma (no reservation required)
- 3:30 PM — Cheese-making demonstration by the La Capra e La Panca farm
