Formai dal Mont

The 16th edition of Formai dal Mont was held on Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Tassullo, in the municipality of Ville d'Anaunia, within the spaces and courtyards of Castel Valer, in the Val di Non (Trentino).

The festival, organized by Pro Loco Tassullo, showcased the best mountain cheeses from the Val di Non, Val di Sole, and the Paganella Plateau, with the Trentino di Malga competition judged by a panel of experts. Saturday featured the opening of the exhibition market, the "Youth and Mountain Agriculture" conference in the castle's Sala Ulrico, and the local aperitivo in the courtyards with music by Anna Matricardi. Sunday highlights included the competition awards ceremony, a roaming lunch among the food stands, the La Casarada demonstration by Caseificio Cercen, and musical entertainment with the Tirock Band. Throughout the weekend: wool workshops and activities for children, pony rides, guided tours of Castel Valer, and a bar service.
