Flowers, Herbs and Flavors

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of Flowers, Herbs and Flavors took place from June 7 to 22 in the Val di Fiemme and Val di Cembra, in the province of Trento, opening the summer season with three weekends dedicated to biodiversity and biogastronomy.

Among the experiences offered: guided tours of lemon balm, cornflower, and calendula fields, excursions with experts to learn about the precious June blooms, foraging immersions followed by dish preparation guided by a chef, tours into the world of honey and cheese, tastings of herbal spirits and Val di Cembra gin, mowing demonstrations, and themed dinners with evening walks on the longest day of the year.

Throughout the festival, restaurants and farmhouses participating in the "Per fare tutto ci vuole un fiore" gastronomic showcase proposed original recipes based on local herbs and flowers, paired with local products, with Cavalese and other villages in the two valleys among the protagonists.
