Edition 2025 — Fiuggi Gourmet

The inaugural edition of Fiuggi Gourmet took place on Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the Palacongressi in Fiuggi, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with free admission. Twenty-one stands of selected producers offered tastings of wines, oils, cheeses, and traditional sweets, accompanied by a full program of show-cooking with local chefs, demonstrations by hospitality school students, and talks on supply chains.

Fiuggi Gourmet 2025: the first edition

Promoted by the Municipality of Fiuggi with the support of ARSIAL and the Lazio Region, the first edition of Fiuggi Gourmet animated the Palacongressi on November 29 and 30, 2025. The convention area was divided into three zones: producer stands, a show-cooking stage, and a conference room.

Chef Luca Ludovici (Saturday at 4:00 PM) and chef Emanuela Crescenzi (Sunday at 5:30 PM) took turns on stage, while chefs Giulio Terrinoni and Salvatore Tassa participated in two public interviews. Students from the IPSSEOA Michelangelo Buonarroti in Fiuggi handled cooking demonstrations and table service. The program was completed by talks on nutrition and prevention, as well as food and wine tourism. The weekend saw a high turnout of visitors in the city.

Saturday, November 29: 11:00 AM opening; 12:00 PM talk "Nutrition and Prevention"; 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM demonstrations by IPSSEOA Buonarroti students; 4:00 PM show-cooking by chef Luca Ludovici; 6:30 PM interview with chef Giulio Terrinoni. Sunday, November 30: 11:00 AM opening of stands; 11:30 AM meeting on food and wine tourism; 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM student demonstrations; 5:30 PM show-cooking by chef Emanuela Crescenzi; 7:00 PM interview with chef Salvatore Tassa.
