The Franciacorta Summer Festival

Filaster Fest is one of the most beloved summer events in Franciacorta: it takes place in Provezze, a hamlet of the municipality of Provaglio d'Iseo in the province of Brescia, a few kilometers from the southern shore of Lake Iseo. Organized by Filaster Group ODV, the festival has reached its twenty-third edition and offers four evenings that blend live music, sport, good food, and fun for all ages.

Music for Every Taste

The music program is the true engine of the festival. It starts with contemporary DJ sets featuring Italian and international hits, continues with tribute bands — most notably an homage to Zucchero — and live bands playing pop-rock and ska, culminating in a '90s party with entertainment and gadgets. Each evening, the main show starts around 9:00-9:30 PM, but the village comes alive from late afternoon with stands and side activities.

360-Degree Sport

Alongside music, Filaster Fest is also a major sporting event. The calendar includes the Filaster Running, a road race now in its ninth edition; the Filaster Cup, a 5-a-side football tournament; the Filaster Gravel, with cycling routes on dirt roads of 40 and 70 kilometers; the Filaster Bikers motorcycle rally, and even a blitz chess tournament. A program that combines amateur competition with the desire to be together outdoors.

Food and Conviviality

The gastronomic part accompanies each evening with themed menus: from the Bavarian evening with pork knuckle to mixed paella with sangria, to the Sunday barbecue. The cocktail bar completes the offering for those who want to enjoy the festival late into the night. Filaster Fest is a successful example of how a hamlet of a few hundred inhabitants can, thanks to volunteer work, create an event capable of attracting visitors from all over the province of Brescia and from the shores of Sebino.
