The Patronal Fair of Saint Michael the Archangel is the most important event in Villanova del Ghebbo, a municipality in the province of Rovigo. The heart of the fair is the typical cuisine of Polesine: salt cod prepared in various ways, pumpkin cappellacci, and duck bigoli, all served at the food stand that draws visitors from all over the region.

Alongside the food, the fair offers evenings of dancing with live orchestras, a funfair, photographic exhibitions, cultural and sporting events (including a running race with AVIS), and concludes with a fireworks display. The event will take place, as tradition dictates, at the end of September, around 29 September, the feast day of Saint Michael the Archangel, the town's patron saint, with approximately ten days of festivities.
The typical cuisine of Polesine (salt cod, pumpkin cappellacci, duck bigoli), evenings of dancing with live orchestras, the funfair, exhibitions, sporting events, and the final fireworks display will all return.
