Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco di Borgofranco sul Po

The 2025 edition, the thirty-first, confirmed the great appeal of the Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco di Borgofranco sul Po, a hamlet in the Municipality of Borgocarbonara (Mantua). The event took place over the usual three October weekends, with a final weekend extended to Monday the 27th for the closing dinner.

In the covered gastronomic area, volunteers from the Pro Loco of Borgofranco sul Po offered a complete traditional Mantuan menu enhanced by white truffle, from appetizer to dessert. Alongside the cuisine, the stands of local products offered fresh truffles, cured meats, preserves, mustards, sweets, wines, and craft beers. The local press reported a record-breaking edition for the number of covers and reservations.
