2025 Edition
During the weekend of July 11-13, 2025, the Festival of Ancient Flavors and Acquacotta filled the historic center of Allumiere, in the province of Rome, with the aromas of Tolfa peasant cuisine. In Piazza Agostino Chigi, the Contrada Polveriera served acquacotta, mentucciata, handmade gnocchi and beghe, truffle fettuccine, and traditional dishes, accompanied by local wines and craft beers.
Across the three covered areas and the two village squares, live music, crafts, children's entertainment, and horseback riding alternated every evening, confirming the festival as one of the most cherished and artisanal events in Allumiere.
