The Monte Rosa Beer Festival
The Festival delle Birre in Champoluc is one of the most popular summer events in the Val d'Ayas, in the province of Aosta. For four days, the Plan Villy location, on the plateau above Champoluc – the best-known hamlet of the Municipality of Ayas, at the foot of the Monte Rosa massif – transforms into a large beer and music village, with the spectacular backdrop of the Aosta Valley mountains.
Beer, Gastronomy, and Music
The formula combines craft beer, gastronomy, and live entertainment. The stands offer beers from various breweries, street food, and local products, while the evenings are enlivened by concerts, musical aperitifs at the console, and DJ sets that continue until late at night. It is an event designed for a wide audience, from families in the afternoon to younger people during the dance evenings.
The Baile Festival Circuit
The event is part of the traveling Baile Festival circuit, promoted by the AostaE20 association, which brings its "open-air music village" formula to various locations in the Aosta Valley. In Champoluc, the festival has now established itself as a fixed summer event, capable of combining the valley's tourist vocation with a taste for craft beer and music.
