Edition 2025 — Festival dei Vincisgrassi

In October 2025, San Ginesio hosted the third edition of the Festival dei Vincisgrassi, confirming the autumn event dedicated to the famous first course of Macerata tradition. In this edition too, the village in the Sibillini Mountains opened its squares and the Sant'Agostino Complex to tastings, gourmet moments, and cultural initiatives, in a journey that intertwines taste, tradition, and local identity.

Festival dei Vincisgrassi 2025

The third edition of the Festival dei Vincisgrassi took place in San Ginesio (Province of Macerata) in autumn 2025, continuing the path started with the first two editions in 2023 and 2024. At the heart of the event, as is tradition, was the symbolic dish of Marche cuisine: Vincisgrassi alla Maceratese, a sumptuous baked pasta dish with egg pasta sheets, ragù, béchamel sauce, and cheese, recognized as a Traditional Guaranteed Specialty.

Following the pattern of previous editions, the program enlivened the historic center with the Village of Flavors, tastings, walks to discover local producers, and cultural initiatives hosted at the Sant'Agostino Monumental Complex, confirming the festival as one of the key autumn gastronomic events in the Macerata area.
