Edition 2025 — Fermento Emilia

The 2025 edition of Fermento Emilia took place on May 4th and 5th at the Castle of Montecchio Emilia, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. The fair of artisanal, natural, and biodynamic Emilian wines brought together historic winemakers and young micro-producers, with tasting stands in the castle halls, a food area in the courtyard, and a masterclass program dedicated to sweet wines, verticals, and Malvasia from the region.

In 2025, Fermento Emilia returned to the Castle of Montecchio Emilia on May 4th and 5th, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. The exhibition and market set up tasting stands inside the castle and the food area in the adjacent courtyard, bringing together winemakers who have made the history of artisanal Emilian wine and young realities with micro-productions of just 1500-2000 bottles.

The masterclass program offered in-depth sessions on Emilian sweet wines (passiti), the vertical tasting of Perivana from Storchi winery, and Mediterranea Appenninica — Malvasia from the Innesti collective. The entrance ticket, including a glass and a glass holder pouch, was available for pre-sale at €16.50, with a reduced rate of €8 for Ho.Re.Ca. professionals.
