Fermento - Craft Beer Festival

The 2025 edition of Fermento solidified the new widespread festival format: no enclosed area, but a tasting itinerary along the Tarquinia Lido seafront, with eight stations hosted next to the Bonita, Riva Blu, Las Vegas, Tamurè, Marinai, Il Tirreno, and Tibidabo beach clubs, and the Corsaro bar. Each station welcomed two craft breweries, for a total of sixteen producers among the most established in the Lazio and Tuscia scene: from Aut Aut Brewing to Ritual Lab, from Free Lions to Birra Oxiana, up to Terre di Faul and Vento Forte.

The tastings, open from 7:00 PM, were accompanied by street food provided by the beach clubs, live concerts, and DJ sets by the sea. Two participation options were available: a full pass for 15 euros with eight tastings and a reduced pass for 10 euros with four samples, with ticket booths at the entrances on the Lungomare dei Tirreni and Viale delle Sirene.
