The fish festival of the parish of San Leonardo
The Feast of the Holy Trinity is the festival that enlivens Correzzola every spring, in the province of Padua, in the Saccisica area. It takes place at the Parish of San Leonardo, on via Garibaldi, and combines religious solemnity with a carefree popular festival atmosphere.
The undisputed specialty is the unique fish dish: spaghetti allo scoglio, fried eels, bisatei (small eels), mixed fried fish, polenta, grilled vegetables, and beer. The food stand, entirely set up indoors, is the real attraction of the event, with a menu that celebrates the territory's fishing tradition.
In addition to the food, the festival offers a charity raffle and a rich musical program, with dance evenings accompanied by orchestras and tribute band concerts that revisit the great hits of Italian and international rock. A mix of tradition and fun that attracts visitors from all over the Saccisica and the Padovano area.
The Feast of the Holy Trinity 2026 is held from May 16 to June 2 at the Parish of San Leonardo in Correzzola, spread over several weekends between May and June. The event, entirely set up indoors, revolves around the unique fish dish — spaghetti allo scoglio, fried eels, bisatei, mixed fried fish, polenta, and grilled vegetables. There is also space for the charity raffle and a rich musical program, with dance evenings, orchestras, and tribute band concerts of Italian and international rock.
