The Municipality of Brissogne, in the province of Aosta, celebrates its patron saint, Saint Catherine of Alexandria, every year on November 25th, to whom the town's parish church is dedicated. The patronal feast is one of the most cherished events in the local calendar, an occasion for religious reflection but also for celebration for the entire community.
Between Faith and Community
The day traditionally opens with the solemn Mass in honor of the Saint and the procession, followed by moments of conviviality that liven up the town. The Pro Loco of Brissogne organizes the unmissable community dinner — in past years at the Pacou multi-purpose center — with appetizers, tartiflette, and traditional Aosta Valley desserts, in a spirit of friendship and celebration.

The Feast of Saint Catherine of Alexandria returns to Brissogne on November 25, 2026. Getting Here
By car: from Aosta, Brissogne can be reached in a few minutes by following the SS26 state road and the signs for the town. The festival takes place at the parish church and in the town center.
