FarmFood Festival 2025 - 3rd Edition

On Saturday, March 29, 2025, the Kurhaus in Merano welcomed the third edition of the Gallo Rosso FarmFood Festival, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The event showcased 90 selected producers and 913 high-quality products, both fresh and processed, made on South Tyrolean farms according to strict criteria: home-grown raw materials and artisanal processing.

Throughout the day, nine renowned South Tyrolean chefs performed live show cooking, while guided tastings welcomed groups of up to twenty people by reservation. The highlight was the gala dinner in the Pavillon des Fleurs at the Kurhaus: a six-course menu with wine pairings, prepared by Gallo Rosso ambassador chefs (including Chris Oberhammer, Tina Marcelli, Manuel Ebner, and Thomas Ortler), at a cost of 145 euros per person. Admission to the festival was free with online registration.
