The great travelling market with flavours and crafts from all over Europe
For a weekend in early May, the historic centre of Pordenone transforms into a large map of European flavours and crafts. European Market - Pordenone calls Europe is one of the most beloved events in the city's calendar: over a hundred stands set up by Italian operators and those from more than thirty countries, for a journey through the colours, scents, and specialities of the entire continent and beyond.
Among the stalls, you can naturally move from Northern European cheeses to Iberian sweets, from craft beers to international street food, to crafts and typical products. A sensory experience that attracts around 150,000 people every year, making the market an event that animates the entire historic centre.
The stands are distributed in the main streets and squares of the capital โ from Piazza XX Settembre to Via Cesare Battisti, from Viale Martelli to Piazza Risorgimento and beyond โ creating a continuous itinerary that invites you to stroll and discover. The travelling format and the quality of the products have made the event a classic of the Pordenone spring.
Promoted with the support of the Municipality of Pordenone and organised within the FIVA European markets circuit, the event combines a commercial dimension with a public celebration. For the capital of Friuli Occidentale, it is also an opportunity for tourism promotion and international openness, in line with the path towards the Italian Capital of Culture 2027.
From May 1st to 3rd, 2026, the 13th edition of the European Market - Pordenone calls Europe returns to Pordenone.
