The summer program of Termoli

Estate Termolese is the major event series that the Municipality of Termoli (province of Campobasso) organizes every year to liven up the warm season in the main seaside resort of Molise. Now in its 68th edition in 2026, it is one of the longest-running and richest summer programs on the entire central-southern Adriatic coast.

A program spread throughout the city

The calendar includes over a hundred events distributed between spring and autumn and covers all genres: concerts by major Italian music artists at the Arena del Mare, film and music festivals, food festivals (sagre), theater and open-air cinema performances, exhibitions, sporting events, entertainment for children and families, and street artists. The traditional celebrations of San Basso, the patron saint of fishermen, and the Sagra del Pesce (Fish Festival) are among the most heartfelt moments for the community.

The festival venues

The heart of the musical events is the Arena del Mare, overlooking the Adriatic Sea, where the headline artists of the program perform. Cultural and popular events, on the other hand, take place in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, in the charming Old Town perched on the promontory, at the Teatro Verde, and along the north and south seafronts (Rio Vivo).

Estate Termolese is much more than just a series of events: it is the way Termoli tells its story to the tourists who flock to its beaches and to the people of Molise who choose the coast for their holidays. Between faith, maritime tradition, music, and gastronomy, the program reflects the identity of a city that lives by the sea and by hospitality.
