Enolia

The 2025 edition of Enolia was held from May 10 to 12 in the evocative Palazzo Mediceo of Seravezza, in the province of Lucca, confirming its status as a premier food and wine reference point for Versilia and all of Tuscany.

Over one hundred exhibitors from various Italian regions presented their products in the palace garden, divided between the Wine Village — featuring a selection of organic, natural, and artisanal labels curated by Marco Bellentani — and the traditional high-quality oil showcase coordinated by Gabriele Ghirlanda. The major innovation of this edition was the day of Monday, May 12, dedicated exclusively to restaurateurs and industry professionals, with access to the Wine Village at the Fondazione Arkad: a valuable opportunity to forge collaborations and discover the region's excellence in a professional setting.
