Edition 2025 — Ein Prosit
The 2025 edition
The 26th edition of Ein Prosit, from October 15 to 20, 2025, brought 105 chefs from around the world to Udine, with 53 starred dinners and over 150 events in six days, attracting around 15,000 visitors. The opening on October 15 was dedicated to the international press with a tribute dinner to Alain Ducasse, involving chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Davide Oldani, and Gennaro Esposito.
Among the great names present: Alain Ducasse, Quique DaCosta, Enrico Crippa, Norbert Niederkofler, Massimiliano Alajmo, Antonia Klugman, and many others. A novelty of this edition was the tasting exhibition "IO SONO FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA – Blancs" in via Mercatovecchio, featuring over 70 Friulian companies and focusing on white wines and local products.
