Edition 2025 — Wild- & Waldwochen

The 2025 edition of the Eggentaler Wild- & Waldwochen took place from 20 September to 5 October 2025 in the Val d'Ega. For two weeks, the valley's restaurants and mountain huts offered autumn menus based on game, mushrooms, berries, and aromatic herbs, accompanied by guided hikes, mushroom tastings, and walks in the forest amidst the autumn colours.

The 2025 edition of the Eggentaler Wild- & Waldwochen was held from 20 September to 5 October 2025 in the Val d'Ega, around Nova Ponente/Deutschnofen (Province of Bolzano/Bozen). Participating venues combined traditional cuisine with creative offerings, featuring seasonal game, mushrooms, berries, and forest fruits.

The accompanying programme offered guided hikes through the autumn forests, mushroom tastings, and walks to discover berries and wild fruits, allowing visitors and residents to experience the Dolomite autumn beyond the dining table.
