Dolo-Vini-Miti: Vertical Wine Festival

Dolo-Vini-Miti 2025, third edition

The third edition of Dolo-Vini-Miti was held from October 9 to 12, 2025, between the Val di Cembra and Val di Fiemme in Trentino. The festival opened on Thursday, October 9, with the roundtable "The values of heroic viticulture" in the Cembra oratory, moderated by sommelier Andrea Amadei, featuring producers from Aosta Valley, Valtellina, Cinque Terre, South Tyrol, and Val di Cembra.

The program continued with vertical trekking in Faver among the dry-stone walls, the masterclass "Extreme sips of heroic lands," and the immersive mozARTWINExperience evening at Villa Corniole. Saturday, October 11, featured the Gourmet Wine Trekking, a 5 km walk through the vineyards with gourmet stops by chef Alessandro Gilmozzi, the "Vigna veritas" masterclass, and the theatrical dinner "Spirits on stage" at the Pilzer Distillery. Sunday concluded with guided trekking towards Passo di Lavazè and a tasting of cured meats and cheeses at Malga Varena paired with Cembra wines.
