The excellences of the valley under the 15th-century arcades
In Pieve di Teco, an ancient market town in the hinterland of Imperia, the Expo Valle Arroscia is the major exhibition dedicated to the region's products. Promoted by the Chamber of Commerce Riviere di Liguria with the Municipality of Pieve di Teco, the Ligurian Alps Park, the Union of Municipalities of the Valle Arroscia, and with the support of the Liguria Region, the event enlivens the entire historic centre of the village.
Over sixty stands, tastings, and workshops showcase agriculture, craftsmanship, tourism, culture, and food and wine. It is an opportunity to discover the typical products of the valley's municipalities and to savour the identity of a territory that combines tradition and innovation.
The setting is the unique 15th-century arcades of Corso Ponzoni: Pieve di Teco was founded as a market town and has hosted fairs and exhibitions along its stone arcades for centuries. Expo Valle Arroscia carries on this legacy, involving the municipalities of the upper Arroscia stream valley in a collective event.
After the twelfth edition in 2025 (5-7 September), Expo Valle Arroscia is expected again in Pieve di Teco in September 2026. The event will once again feature stands of local products, tastings, and workshops under the arcades of the historic centre, involving the municipalities of the Valle Arroscia. The exact dates and detailed programme will be communicated by the Chamber of Commerce Riviere di Liguria and the Municipality closer to the event.
The programme for the 2026 edition has not yet been published. The event usually includes:
By car: from the Imperia coast, take the SS28 up the Valle Arroscia to Pieve di Teco. By train: Imperia station, then bus towards the hinterland.
Free admission to the exhibition; tastings and workshops at the exhibitors' rates.
