DiscoBorgo is now one of the most anticipated events in the calendar of Santarcangelo di Romagna, in the Province of Rimini, in Emilia-Romagna. For one evening, the charming historic center of the medieval village transforms into a true open-air disco: streets, squares, and alleys come alive with background music, DJ sets, aperitifs, and stalls, attracting thousands of people including young people, families, and curious visitors.

The "Night Market & Vibes" format

With the 2026 edition, the path started the previous year continues, leading DiscoBorgo to become a "Night Market & Vibes". The format focuses on the experience of the village and its commercial fabric: a dynamic itinerary of crafts, creativity, shopping, and gastronomic offerings to be experienced freely and personally. For one evening, the historic center becomes a widespread night market, where stalls, original items, and artisanal products intertwine with the hospitality of local businesses.

Background Music and Atmospheres

The soundtrack for the evening is provided directly by the local venues in the center, which for the occasion enhance their offerings, contributing to a lively atmosphere along all the streets. Over the years, the musical programming has expanded, ranging from electronic to jazz, to world music, with DJ sets that keep the squares dancing until late at night. The shops in the center remain open, accompanying evening shopping with music and aperitifs.

An event that grows the village

DiscoBorgo is organized by the Associazione Commercianti Città Viva Santarcangelo (Santarcangelo Live City Merchants Association), which has made the event a fixture capable of enhancing the commercial fabric and identity of the town. The initiative, born to liven up the historic center, has grown to attract thousands of visitors at each edition, becoming a symbol of Santarcangelo's vitality and an opportunity to discover its alleys, shops, and its renowned Romagnola hospitality.
